• All referrals from Health Professionals Hawke's Bay and otherwise can be emailed to: kristen@ncubed.co.nz.  Please include any relevant medical history and blood / test results, and inform your client of the referral at the time to avoid any confusion when I make contact.

ACC providers including Sensitive Claims: 

• I work for a number of Rehabilitation providers around Hawke's Bay seeing clients under ACC contracts, including Sensitive Claims.  If you have clients requiring Dietitian support, please contact me at kristen@ncubed.co.nz and we can discuss ways of working together to support these clients.
